One of the things that impressed us the most about TMDHosting was the variety of plans the provider had. Each plan gives you unlimited SSD storage and bandwidth, a free domain, automatic SSL certificates and an integrated cPanel.

For advanced users, some of the more complex features include Memcache instances for faster loading, support for 9 PHP versions, unlimited FTP accounts and MySQL databases, and script support for CGI scripts, PERL and the ability to host Python. They also offer simple .htaccess and PHP.INI management. All in all, we really liked the flexibility and the uncomplicated adaptability of TMDHosting.

Our experience with the TMDHosting support staff has been mostly positive and while there is some room for improvement they have resolved all of our issues. The company offers 24/7/365 support for all plans and guarantees a response time of 15 minutes. In our case this guarantee was applicable. No matter what problem we reported to the provider, we always received a quick response. However, some problems take a little longer to resolve, so in some cases you will only receive a notification that your problem will be dealt with.
