It is another offshoot of the American Penthouse Media Group, which also includes the better-known portals FriendFinder and AdultFriendFinder. Inside you will find a website that is more reminiscent of Craigslist or alibaba.com than a dating portal. The emotionality unfortunately falls by the wayside. You have more of the feeling that you are on an online shop from the 90s. That could have been solved much better.

After logging in for the first time, you have to search a little to get past the premium offer, which initially denies you access to the member’s area after logging in. With a little try you can get past this without having to pull out your wallet. On the homepage of the members, you will immediately encounter nude pictures of a sometimes questionable level (also formulated in a more friendly way). The contact profiles are stylistically not very different from the other two categories “Video” and “Live Webcams”. Many of the pictures are pretty down to earth. Unfortunately, you only get a small mouse-over preview for each profile when you move the mouse cursor over the respective profile. But when you click on the profile you will be asked to pay. There is not much to see in the free version.

It is noticeable that many of the profiles come from the USA. There doesn’t seem to be too much going on in Germany. If you take a look at some of the profiles, doubts about the authenticity of many arise. One suspects that decoys are being used here, although this cannot be said with any certainty. Either way, the chances of a real meeting for men are slim anyway, with only 20% women, some of whom are probably fakes.

Costs
As already mentioned, you come into contact with the costs for the first time directly after registration. Furthermore, it is hardly possible to move freely in the member area without being repeatedly confronted with the costs or the conclusion of a premium membership. If you take a look at the live webcams, for example, you are initially positively surprised because you actually get through to one of the models. After a few seconds, however, it comes to an end. For the rest of the offer, somewhat more moderate prices apply. A single month costs € 32.95 and with 3 months for € 16.95 each you get a fourth month for free. That in itself is a quite acceptable price. The opposite performance that is offered for the price is extremely poor. The price-performance ratio is therefore unfortunately not right.

Experience
The conclusion is unfortunately rather poor overall. The bottom line is that there is not enough going on in Germany to be interesting for real meetings. The male quota of 80% also prevents practically any placement success. The prices for webcams are completely overpriced, those for the normal member area are priced within reasonable limits, but the offered performance is unfortunately too poor. You can only recommend GetItOn to a limited extent for fans of videos and live webcams, but there are also much more interesting providers in these areas.
